Meet Blythe

The Shadow Witch was created from a simple belief: we deserve spaces where we can explore the complicated parts of ourselves without shame.

I'm Blythe—the woman behind The Shadow Witch. I'm endlessly curious about why we become who we become, the patterns we carry, the parts of ourselves we learn to hide, and what can happen when we meet those parts with understanding instead of judgment.

My own path has taught me that growth isn't about constantly trying to become someone “better.” Sometimes it's about slowing down long enough to understand the person who's already here.

Why The Shadow Witch Exists

I created The Shadow Witch to offer women something I think many of us quietly crave: a place to feel seen.

Through shadow work, reflection, spiritual practices, community, and intentional tools, I hope to create spaces where women can ask deeper questions, explore themselves honestly, and learn to meet their darkness with the same compassion they offer their light.

My goal isn't to tell you who you should become.

It's to help you understand who you've always been.

My Philosophy

“People don't heal because someone tells them who they should become. They heal because someone helps them understand who they've always been.”

Shadow work, to me, isn't about fixing something that's wrong with you.

It's about curiosity.

It's about understanding why certain patterns developed, what our protective parts may still be trying to do for us, and what changes when we stop treating pieces of ourselves like enemies.

Be curious, not critical.

My Mission

To help women feel seen as they learn to understand, embrace, and heal the parts of themselves they've been taught to hide.

  • Protect Your Energy

Your attention and peace deserve intention.
  • Be Curious, Not Critical

    Understanding creates room for growth.
  • Progress Over Perfection

    Messy forward movement still counts.
  • Return Gently

Consistency isn't never wandering; it's knowing how to come back.

You're Welcome Here

Whether you find your way here through a Shadow Circle, a workbook, a candle, something I've written, or simply a post that made you feel understood, I hope you leave with one thing:

A little more compassion for yourself than you had when you arrived.

Welcome to The Shadow Witch.

There is room for you here.
